Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of your order date. All returned merchandise must be in its original (unused, unaltered and unwashed) condition and must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

FREE returns on all domestic orders.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Perfect Number reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not comply with our return policy. In the case of such returns, the merchandise will be shipped back to the address on file.

We only accept international returns on orders with wrong, defective or damaged merchandise.

Returns

To return an item, initiate the return process HERE.

If you are unable to find your return label, please email helpme@perfectnumber.co.

After the items you wish to return have been accepted, you’ll receive a refund for the merchandise total and tax paid. Please note that all domestic returns are FREE and you will be refunded your shipping fee as well.

Once your package is ready for return shipment, you may drop it off at a UPS location. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

Returns for International Shipments

We only accept international returns on orders with wrong, defective or damaged merchandise. In this case, we’ll cover return shipping costs. Please note that customs & duties taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate the exchange process HERE. 

When making an exchange, you won’t be charged with any return fees and the costs to ship the item back will be covered by us. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time.

Once you’ve sent out the items you do not wish to keep and we’ve received your returned merchandise, we will send you an exchange code that you can use to checkout when placing your new order. If the new order is of an equal value, you can enter your exchange code and checkout right away. If your new order is of more value, you will be prompted to enter an additional form of payment to account for the price difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

To return a damaged or defective item, initiate the return process HERE.

We accept returns on all damaged or defective items. In this case, you won’t be charged with any return fees and the return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time. If you receive an order with a missing or wrong item, please contact us at helpme@perfectnumber.co.

Store Credit

To make a return at no additional fee, choose our store credit option. Store credit is eligible for use on future orders made through perfectnumber.co . No expiration dates apply.
